2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Client-Requested Changes: If the Client requests changes to the project scope after services have commenced, refunds will not apply.
  • Client Delays: If service delivery is delayed due to the Client’s failure to provide necessary information or resources, a refund will not be provided.
  • Completed Services: Refunds will not apply to any services that have been fully delivered as per the agreed-upon scope.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, including but not limited to consultation fees, administrative fees, or third-party expenses, are non-refundable.

  4. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days, and will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
